Interpretation

Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

1.1 AIEVO Apps is pleased to provide you, as the user, its branded mobile applications and all related documentation, a list of which is available on applicable app distribution platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

1.2 You hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Service any time you use or access our apps and services available through app stores or our website. Your use of the Services is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms, including access, installation, downloading, copying, in-app purchases, or otherwise using the functionality of our apps.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services. Each time you use or access the Services, the current version of these Terms shall apply. This Agreement also includes payment terms, subscription/in-app purchase options, and other requirements set forth on the platform through which you download or purchase our apps.

1.3 Your use or access of the Services is also subject to the AIEVO Apps Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Additionally, you agree to abide by any rules, policies and procedures we may publish from time to time. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Services.

1.4 Notice to the User

This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not understand this Agreement or do not agree to be bound by it, you must immediately stop using the Services. Depending on the laws of your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights that cannot be waived, and certain provisions may be unenforceable. In such cases, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Service with approval of a parent/legal guardian where legally required.

1.5 Notice to Parents and Legal Guardians

By granting your child approval to download, install, use, access, or make in-app purchases, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child. You are responsible for supervision. If you are the parent or guardian and believe a child is using our apps without approval, contact us at info@aievoapps.com.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part, You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your use is also conditioned on Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We advise you to review their terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service, or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

In no event shall the Company be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy arising from use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that defects will be corrected.

The laws of Pakistan, excluding conflicts of law rules, govern these Terms and your use of the Service.

If you have any concern or dispute, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company at info@aievoapps.com.

If You are an EU consumer, you benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to US embargo or listed on any US restricted parties list.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible and remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

If these Terms are translated, the English version shall prevail in case of dispute.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
